Returns for Refund
You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
• The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt)
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
Important: Before sending the item back, you must contact us for approval. Any returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund as follows:
1. Notify us of your return, and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
2. Send the item back to the address we provide (customers pay return shipping costs)
3. We will review the item and its condition. If it meets all the return criteria, we will process your refund to your original payment method
4. Refund Processing Time: It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Refunds may be denied or delayed if the returned item does not meet the return conditions or is returned after the 30-day window.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for size, color, or the same item. The process is as follows:
1. Contact us to request an exchange and confirm product availability
2. Send the original item back to us (customer covers return shipping)
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement (customer covers return shipping)
Important: Exchanges will not be processed until we have received and reviewed the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Include clear photos of:
– The damaged/incorrect item
– The shipping packaging and label
3. We will review the case and confirm how we will proceed, either through a replacement or full refund.
Note: Please do not return the item until we have confirmed the issue.
Unauthorized Returns or Change of Mind
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
• We reserve the right to decline returns if they do not meet our outlined conditions.
